Here at The WORKROOM we provide small group personal training with our friendly coaches in a non intimidating gym environment. We will teach you
the foundations of Functional Fitness so you can transform the way you feel, move and look so you can live the best years of your life.
With over 14 years experience in the fitness industry, we teach you the basics really well. We prioritise good quality movement patterns, coupled with simple nutrition and recovery strategies. We are big on mindset and mental health incorporating workshops and talks into your membership.
Unlike most gyms where you are just a number and coaches don't really care. Here at The WORKROOM we are dedicated to giving our clients quality coaching and care within a supportive community.
We aren't a big commercial gym, we are a small community gym where everyone will know your name & we can focus on your goals. We are here to help support & guide you to help you look, feel and move better.
What is small group Personal Training?
Our sessions are restricted to a maximum of 8 people, this way our coaches are able to deliver a hands-on, personalised experience. The workouts will be tailored to each member to best suit their individual needs, while you also benefit from the group dynamic and being around like-minded,
supportive people.
We understand everyone has a different goal. So as well as your in person coaching we do our best to help you with creating habits and lifestyle changes with monthly check-ins. We host monthly in person workshops/ talks & monthly online meditation sessions so we can stand out from other gyms. We take pride in creating a safe supportive environment taking a whole holistic approach, as that is often overlooked in the fitness industry.


SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Our small group sessions provide attention to detail for each client just like personal training but you get
the added bonus of a motivating, inspiring group dynamic in a more cost effective way.
Our small group sessions have a max of 8 per session. This way our coaches are able to deliver a hands onpersonalised experience within a supportive community. The workouts can be tailored to each person's individual needs to cater to injuries or pre & post natal clients.
Flexible booking through the app, you aren't locked into a set day or time. Come to whats ever day or time suits around your work or home schedule.

CORPORATE WELLNESS

We have been working with corporate clients both face to face and online over the last 8 years to help offer more wellbeing services to companies and their employees. Especially during this challenging
time with the transition to the online world. It is more important than ever to empower your workforce to stay fit and healthy. We have held workshops, weekly classes, learn to meditate programs and talks on
nutrition, sleep, stress ect. If you're interested in a service for your company please do reach out we would love to help you create a custom package tailored to your company's needs and likes.

1 - 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Our 1-1 personal training sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual client. If you're feeling unsure or self-conscious about exercising in a group setting, you're just starting your fitness journey, recovering from an injury or navigating pre or post-natal fitness. Our 1-1 personal training offers a supportive environment where you can build confidence, master exercises, and develop the skills you need to transition into group sessions with ease.

TEEN CLASSES
Regular exercise can help your teen feel more energetic, improve focus & attention and improve a better outlook on life. We will focus on building strength, speed and stamina all while helping your teen become more confident in day to day life. Proper lifting form and technique will be thought so they can use these skills and prevent injury.
